This Saturday, September 23rd, the 2nd Annual Kawartha Fall Festival returns and has something for the whole family. This free event is definitely a fun-filled day!

Ken Reid Conservation Area

located at 277 Kenrei Road in Lindsay

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Activities and attractions include a birds of prey demonstration by Royal Canadian Falconry, a family-owned small business located in the Haliburton Highlands, and a visit by Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue, Durham Region’s only wildlife rehabilitation hospital and outdoor education centre, which will have an all-day station focusing on wildlife rescue along with three presentation time slots throughout the day.

Stroll through the scenic trails and immerse yourself in the breathtaking fall foliage.

Family-Friendly Fun: This festival is designed for all ages! From birds of prey and reptile exhibits to guided hikes and a petting zoo, there's something to entertain every member of the family.
